Which pets qualify?
Dogs
With the exception of the breeds listed below.
Cats
All breeds of domestic cats are permitted.
Birds
Domestic birds, such as cockatiels and parakeets, are permitted.
Please provide your pet’s veterinary records and photos at the time of application.
Service and companion animals are always welcome with the appropriate documentation, and are not subject to the pet policy fee.
Prohibited pets.
Our homeowner insurance policy limits the types of pets we can accommodate. We cannot approve barnyard animals, reptiles, rodents, fish, miscellaneous mammals, and certain types of dog breeds:

- Alaskan Malamute
- Doberman
- Siberian Husky
- Cane Corso
- German Shepherd
- Boxer
- Husky
- Staffordshire Terrier
